• Contact form: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — processing is necessary to respond to your business inquiry.
• Course signup: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — you explicitly opt in to receive a notification email. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact inquiries: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last communication, or until the matter is resolved, whichever is sooner.
• Course signup emails: Retained until the course notification has been sent, or until you withdraw consent.

After these periods, your data is permanently deleted.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with the following categories of processors, solely to operate this website and communicate with you:

• Email service provider — used to send and receive emails in response to your inquiry.
• Web hosting provider — the server infrastructure that hosts this website.
• Google (Fonts API) — this website loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only as instructed. Where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place for data transfers outside the EU.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only technical mechanisms in use are:

• Google Fonts — loaded from an external CDN (see above). No cookies are set by this website in relation to fonts.
• No session or tracking cookies are set by Alchemy Consulting.

Because we do not use non-essential cookies, a cookie consent banner is not required under the ePrivacy Directive.
